Terms of Service for Go Seamless Software

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Seamless Document Utilities add-on or any other software, utility, or service provided by Go Seamless (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Services include, but are not limited to, the Seamless Document Utilities Google Workspace Add-on, and any related or future software, utilities, or support services offered by Go Seamless. The purpose of these Services is to assist users in formatting, structuring, and maintaining digital documents and assets.

3. Usage and Data

The Services operate within their designated environments (e.g., Google Workspace).

  • Data Access: The Services will only access the data required to perform their explicit function (e.g., accessing a Google Document to perform formatting).
  • Data Storage: The Services do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data or document content on external servers beyond the necessary interaction with third-party platforms (like Google). All processing is performed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all source code, design, and functionality, are the intellectual property of Go Seamless. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or professional use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Go Seamless does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will meet your specific requirements.
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Any errors in the Services will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Seamless shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, or any loss of data, document corruption, or other damages arising from the use of the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

Go Seamless reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes occur. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
